Down stairs nice, up the bedroom it's not nice.
Entertainment was the best thing about this hotel.
Bedroom mirror to high on wall can't sit to dry hair as you can't see in the mirror the bathroom didn't have a shelf to put toiletries on. The shower had no shelf either the water pressure was low at times a trickle. Told catering staff had allergy to cream had two meals with cream and was ill on two occasions. The waitress on our table could hardly speak English asked what the chefs special was said Swiss pock twice we found out it was sweet and sour pork.Asked waitress was the cream in the fish pie she went to ask chef meanwhile catering manager was present asked her she said no cream. Waitress comes back chef said yes there Is if catering manager doesn't know her job how do you expect waiting on staff to know.
